The more water you drink the more you hydrate your body and plumper your cells become.  Drink at least 8 to 10 glasses of water and eat at least fine servings of fruits or vegetables per day.


Moisturizer is important to balance your skin’s sebum production. It prevents flaking and dry patches. Check ingredients of moisturizer before using it. Make sure moisturizers you are using is related to your skin type. And also make sure it presents ingredients like: Retinoid, growth factor, Vitamin C or alpha/beta hydroxy acids.

Avocado offers Vitamin E. Vitamin E improves blood circulation so skin gets more effective. For people having dry skin use avocado as mask to get smooth skin quickly.

  • Get avocado mashed and pour equal amount of raw honey.
  • Apply paste over your skin for 15 minutes.
  • Later wash your skin.


Apple cider vinegar contains Vitamin A & C. It helps to balance skins PH levels. Apple cider vinegar contains acetic acid, succinic acid, citric acid, lactic acid.

  • Mix 1 table spoon of apple cider vinegar with equal amount of honey.
  • Apply paste over face evenly.
  • Wait for 15 minutes and rinse it off with water.
  • Repeat for twice or thrice per week for glowing, soft skin.
